Job summary

Accor’s Mercure Sydney Macquarie Park is seeking a dynamic Part Time Hotel All-Rounder to support Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, delivering exceptional service to guests. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact, handling check-in/out, café tasks, and guest accounts with a smile.

The role requires flexibility across a 7-day roster, RSA clearance, and strong presentation. Join a team immersed in a vibrant Sydney hospitality scene and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment.
• The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required.
• Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
• A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest’s smile during their stay.
• Valid RSA or willingness to obtain prior to commencing.
• Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster including mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between.
• Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
• Shifts in Food & Beverage & Front Desk.
• Complete a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel’s facilities to making coffees and snacks from the cafe, delivering food and maintaining guest accounts.
• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
• Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program.
