Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Experience Host Team Leader for Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia. The role involves leading onsite Guest Experience Hosts, scheduling owner updates, and generating sales appointments across multiple resorts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel/resort environment.
• Demonstrates strong customer service values in all activities.
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques.
• Ability to quickly build rapport.
• Sound problem solving and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and guests.
• Working knowledge of computer software and sales applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities and performance of the Guest Experience Hosts onsite.
• Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations during the guest's stay.
• Generate sales appointments for sales centers located at resorts and via livestream.
• Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Work closely with the resort operations team to provide high service and seamless check-in.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of travelling within the Travel + Leisure Co community.
• Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
• Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
• Display leadership values by communicating effectively and supporting peers.
