Job summary

Bupa Southport is seeking a warm, bubbly Receptionist to greet customers at our Visa Medical Assessment Centre. You’ll handle front-desk duties, guide clients through the assessment steps, and provide world-class service in a supportive team environment.

This casual role covers planned/unplanned leave with additional shifts during peak periods. You’ll work 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer focus and a helpful approach.
• Excellent attention to detail in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers and staff.
• Sound IT and computer skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and addressing questions and concerns with a customer-focused, respectful, caring approach.
• Adhering to established processes to assist customers through the assessment steps.
• Conducting identity and security checks and escalating risks as needed.
• Processing payments via EFTPOS.
• Ensuring required documentation is completed and forms are processed.
