Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a Part Time Guest Experience Officer at Cairns Coconut Holidays to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and help deliver memorable stays at a tropical park. You’ll upsell relevant experiences, coordinate activities, and maintain park standards in a friendly, guest-centric environment.

The role reports to the Park Manager and emphasizes flexible scheduling, team collaboration, and delivering standout guest experiences with a smile across all guest

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or tourism helps deliver guest-focused service.
• Strong customer-service mindset with ability to upsell and manage guest expectations.
• Able to use booking systems and office tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide information about the park/resort and local area.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and convert walk-in bookings.
• Coordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within budget and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and follow sales/service procedures.
• Support caretaking duties, including after-hours guest assistance and site rule compliance.
