We’re looking for warm, professional, and proactive Guest Services Agents to join our Front Office Team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth arrivals, seamless stays, and fond farewells. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making people feel welcome, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic hospitality setting. Multiple positions available in a full time, part time or casual capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and payments efficiently
• Provide friendly and professional service at the front desk
• Manage reservations, enquiries, and switchboard operations
• Assist with special requests, VIP arrangements, and interdepartmental coordination
• Take room service orders, restaurant bookings, and handle guest concerns
• Promote hotel products and services to enhance the guest experience
• Support concierge duties, including valet parking and luggage assistance when needed

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in reception, front desk, reservations, or customer service roles
• A background in hospitality is advantageous, but a passion for service is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic
• Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
• High standard of personal grooming and professional presentation
• Experience with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems (highly regarded)
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
