Elysia Wellness Retreat is seeking a casual Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-ins/outs, and provide local insights. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a memorable experience with proactive, personalised service.

You will manage reservations, liaise across channels, and support guests throughout their stay while maintaining a polished presentation and flexibility to work weekends and various shifts.
