Minor Hotels' Elysia Wellness Retreat in the Hunter Valley is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for a full-time role. You will help lead the front office, coach staff, and ensure warm, guest-focused service from arrival to departure.

We require 2+ years in front office or guest-facing roles with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a calm, professional presence. Rotating shifts including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in front office or guest-facing role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
• Natural leader with strong people skills and a team-first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, calm and professional presence.
• Guest-first approach with personalized service delivery.
• Experience with front office systems and trust accounting processes.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the daily leadership of the Front Office team to deliver warm, seamless guest service from arrival to departure.
• Creating a welcoming environment that aligns with the retreat’s values of wellbeing and genuine care.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to grow their skills, confidence, and service delivery.
• Handling guest feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring quick and thoughtful resolutions.
• Overseeing front office operations including bookings, reporting, and daily procedures.
