Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive, consumer products, consulting, sales operations, strategy or GTM-related functions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales performance analysis, business reporting and market research.
• Experience conducting competitor analysis and market intelligence activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Automotive or EV industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• GTM Planning & Product Launch Management: Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and lifecycle activities in Australia.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Retail Operations, Aftersales, Finance and Network Development teams to ensure successful launch execution.
• Track key GTM milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Support the preparation of launch plans, management reports, dealer communications and executive presentations.
