Certus Recruitment Australia is expanding its Go-to-Market practice in Melbourne and seeks a results-driven Consultant/Senior Consultant. You will manage end-to-end GTM recruitment, building client relationships and delivering across resourcing, engagement, and pipeline management in a high-growth environment.

With 2+ years in recruitment, you will bring a passion for GTM and tech, a proven track record, and a self-motivated, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a professional recruitment role.
• GTM or tech recruitment experience is a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to run a desk.
• Proven track record delivering for clients and candidates.
• Commercially minded with drive to grow in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, SDR, CS, RevOps).
• Build client relationships and support business development across the team.
• Deliver across resourcing, candidate engagement, BD, planning, and pipeline management.
