We now have a new opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us at Gatehouse.

We are looking to appoint a new team member who is a high performer driven to succeed and grow, and wanting more from their career and shares our core values.

Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities

You will:

• Service existing candidates and employers.
• Source new candidates and employers.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships
• Maintain the Company database/customer relationship management system (CRM) of all candidate and employer information.
• Source suitable candidates and brief them on new career opportunities offered by employers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, arranging interviews, reference checking, offer, acceptance and beyond.
• Provide CV, interview and general career advice.
• Contribute to the self-development of other team members by sharing information, knowledge and resources.
• Continually evaluate your own performance and accept constructive feedback to achieve high performance.
• Ensure the team is kept abreast of candidate, employer and team issues.

About You

• At least 2 years experience in recruitment agency or HR; and
• Proven track record of achieving targets and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
