Job summary

Halter is seeking its second Senior Talent Specialist, GTM, to join the People and Performance team on the ground in Australia. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring world-class talent across markets, partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and manage end-to-end recruitment to scale the business globally.

Reporting to the Talent Lead, GTM & Customer, you’ll implement recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global tech environments.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams across regions.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across regions and functions.
• Contribute to talent strategy and workforce planning as the business scales.
• Shape and evolve Halter's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to resonate in the market.
• Build scalable recruitment practices and workflows across regions and increasing volumes.
• Provide coaching to hiring leaders to lift interviewing quality and decision making.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences reflecting Halter's culture and values.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment workflows for efficiency.
• Track and share key metrics to improve our approach over time.
