Toast is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our remote Australia team. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on building strong candidate pools, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers across GTM functions, predominantly Sales.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of related experience recruiting across GTM functions.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting and partnering with hiring managers.
• Proficiency with recruitment data and metrics to influence decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Attract, source, recruit, and engage top talent for Toast's GTM functions, predominantly Sales.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines via sourcing, referrals, and networks.
• Own end-to-end sourcing strategies for assigned roles, including market research and outreach.
• Drive decision-making with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop creative recruitment solutions to address talent shortages and changing priorities.
• Utilise metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimise hiring outcomes.
