Job summary

Nylon seeks a GTM Engineer to own data pipelines, CRM health and tool integrations across a multi-region GTM stack. You’ll connect Attio, JustCall, Calendly, Stripe, Metabase and product databases, enabling scalable, compliant prospect data flows.

In this hands-on role at the intersection of sales ops, data and automation, you’ll build enrichment flows, write automations, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with account executives, SDRs, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, growth engineering, data or a similar role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven experience building outreach or prospect lists with scraping and enrichment tools such as Clay
• Strong CRM administration on at least one modern platform (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar), including data model design and hygiene rather than just day-to-day use
• Solid SQL and comfort in a BI tool such as Metabase

Responsibilities

• Outreach data and list building across NZ, AU and the UK from defined ICPs
• Sourcing data from multiple channels: scraping, enrichment platforms, LinkedIn, registers and product data
• Designing enrichment flows to verify contacts, fill gaps and score leads
• Using AI tooling to research accounts, qualify fit, personalise inputs and automate list-building
• Maintaining data quality, deduplication and consent to meet Privacy Act and GDPR/PECR
