Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Marketing and MarTech Manager for Professional Services. The role reports to the CEO, with one direct report, and focuses on strengthening brand, optimizing technology, and delivering measurable growth across campaigns and content.

Hybrid work and leadership scope are offered. The role requires strong B2B marketing experience, digital martech expertise (HubSpot desired), and a track record of delivering tangible results.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience, ideally in recruitment or professional services.
• Digital, martech and automation expertise, HubSpot highly desirable.
• Strong writing and content skills with measurable results.
• Stakeholder influence and leadership, including agency management and people development.

Responsibilities

• Own content and brand: create compelling content and leadership thought leadership.
• Drive campaigns and events: partner with sales and agencies to generate opportunities.
• Optimise martech: improve HubSpot, CRM integration, automation and journeys.
• Demonstrate ROI: track lead quality, conversions and campaign performance.
