Job summary

Zeus Street Greek in Australia is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to drive the next phase of expansion, overseeing both corporate and franchise operations, achieving EBITDA targets and strong operating performance across a growing network.

Reporting to the CEO, the COO will instill operating discipline, lead people initiatives and build the platform, systems and leadership bench to support rapid scale from 60 to 130 restaurants while living the brand values.

Qualifications

• Significant senior operational leadership across a large multi-site network (corporate and franchised).
• Demonstrated track record of delivering EBITDA and improving unit-level profitability.
• Deep understanding of P&L, labour, COGS and key operating metrics.

Responsibilities
