Job summary

Zeus Street Greek on the Gold Coast seeks a Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of the venue, delivering exceptional food, service and team culture. You will lead a fast-paced operation with a hands-on style and drive performance through people.

You will inspire and develop the leadership team, manage the restaurant’s P&L, uphold the highest standards of quality and safety, and embody the brand’s lightning bolt energy as you progress toward regional and national opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
• Proven track record of achieving and driving KPIs.
• Outstanding customer service capability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
