Job summary

Zeus Street Greek, Australia's leading Greek QSR brand, is seeking a COO to lead operations through a growth phase from 60 to 130 restaurants. Reporting to the CEO, you will own EBITDA delivery, profitability and the operational performance across corporate and franchised outlets.

Qualifications

• Significant senior operational leadership experience across a substantial multi-site network (corporate and franchised).
• Demonstrated track record of delivering EBITDA and improving unit-level profitability.
• Deep commercial understanding of P&L management, labour, COGS and operational KPIs.
• Experience leading a business through significant growth or scale-up.
• Credibility to partner with the CEO and executive team.
