Job summary

Zeus Street Greek, Australia's largest Greek QSR brand, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the next phase of growth from 60 to 130 restaurants across corporate and franchised operations. Reporting to the CEO, you will own EBITDA delivery, across-network profitability, and an operating model that balances exceptional guest experience with engaged, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive multi-site operations leadership across a large network.
• Proven track record of delivering EBITDA and improving unit profitability.
• Deep understanding of P&L, labour cost, COGS and KPIs.
• Experience leading growth or scale-up initiatives.
• Credible partner to CEO and executive team.

Responsibilities

• Own EBITDA delivery and restaurant profitability across the network.
• Set standards for food quality, service, cleanliness and speed.
• Develop leadership capability and succession planning.
• Drive sales, loyalty and repeat visitation through ops excellence.
• Manage franchise partnerships and network performance.
• Build operating platform, systems and leadership bench for 130 restaurants.
• Be a strategic partner to CEO on growth strategy.
