Zeus Street Greek is seeking a Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of the NSW Gosford venue, leading daily operations, ensuring exceptional food and service, and building a strong team culture.

You will drive performance through people, manage the P&L, and uphold the brand’s high standards while living the Zeus Street Greek values and energy. The role offers growth into regional roles and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
• Proven track record of achieving and driving KPIs.
• Outstanding customer service capability.
