Qualifications

Proven experience in digital growth, performance marketing or paid media.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, with experience in TikTok Ads and Google Ads highly desirable.
Experience planning and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Build the brand through creative digital campaigns that grow awareness and desirability.
Grow and engage audiences across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Manage paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
Develop campaigns to drive discovery and sales of new releases and backlist titles.
Translate insights into smarter marketing decisions to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
Collaborate with authors, narrators and creators to reach new audiences.
