Blinq is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead in Melbourne, Australia to own customer acquisition and grow revenue across product offerings. You will lead paid campaigns, test new ideas, and partner with design and brand to optimize messaging and creative.

You will drive strategy, manage budgets, and ensure returns meet business goals while collaborating with product and marketing teams in a fast-paced, face-to-face office environment three days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven revenue growth from performance marketing in a scale-up.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition and Meta Ads.
• Practical ecommerce/Shopify optimization for paid traffic.
• Ability to set strategy and execute with minimal handholding.
• Solid understanding of CAC, ROAS and payback in campaigns.
• A data-driven approach to testing and learning.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and execute the performance marketing roadmap across offerings.
• Scale paid acquisition with focus on Meta Ads and Shopify flows.
• Own investment decisions balancing growth and CAC/ROAS.
• Turn creative into growth; collaborate with design/brand.
• Improve the path to purchase across Shopify journeys and landing pages.
• Build a disciplined testing approach and decision framework.
• Connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes.
