Job summary

Utopia is seeking a Head of Growth/Business Development Manager to lead a brand-new growth function in Noosa Heads and Peregian Beach. You will report directly to the principal and shape partnerships, referrals, and corporate collaborations with autonomy.

You will sign property owners, elevate listing presentation, and build a pipeline that fuels growth. A strong network, entrepreneurial mindset, and QLD real estate registration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven new business development experience, ideally in holiday rental, hospitality, or property management.
• Current QLD real estate registration or willingness to obtain.
• Strong local network in Noosa/Sunshine Coast property community.
• Ability to build relationships with high-net-worth owners.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by signing property owners across rental terms.
• Elevate property presentation and advise on styling to boost returns.
• Explain Utopia's value clearly to owners.
• Design and grow a referral program with agents and buyers agents.
• Open corporate partnerships to source guests and stock.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth owners.
• Collaborate with marketing to align brand messaging.
• Raise service levels toward hotel-standard delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of relationships and opportunities.
