Oliver Hume Real Estate Group is seeking a Business Development Manager / New Business Client Manager. The role focuses on building strong client relationships as properties move toward completion and tenancy, with a smooth handover to the Property Management team.

You will collaborate with management and leasing teams to ensure tenants are secured efficiently and clients receive exceptional service across Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Motivated with strong initiative and drive.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through each step of the process as their property moves toward completion and tenancy.
• Provide a thorough handover to the Property Management team.
• Collaborate with Property Management and leasing teams to ensure fast, high-quality tenant outcomes.
