Job summary

Utopia Rentals & Holiday Noosa is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow the portfolio of premium properties across Noosa. You will build long-term relationships with owners, investors and partners, driving new business and expanding our B2B channels.

The role involves frequent in-person meetings, presentations, and collaboration with the marketing team to maintain consistent messaging. You'll work directly with the principal, shaping strategy and owning the growth of a

Qualifications

• Experience winning new business in hospitality, property management or holiday rentals.
• Strong network or ability to quickly build one in Noosa/Sunshine Coast real estate.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with a trust-first sales approach.
• Willing to travel locally across the Noosa region and hold meetings with owners and partners.
• QLD real estate registration or willingness to obtain one.
• Comfortable around homeowners with premium properties.
• Understanding of short and long-term rental standards and laws.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sign new owners across short, mid and long-term stays.
• Walk through properties and advise on changes to lift returns and guest standards.
• Explain Utopia's value and services to owners clearly.
• Develop a referral program and build relationships with sales agents, investors, accountants and buyers agents.
• Establish corporate partnerships and B2B channels.
• Engage with high-net-worth owners and attend industry events.
• Collaborate with brand and marketing to align messaging with in-home conversations.
• Grow the offering with the property managers to approach hotel-like standards.
• Maintain pipeline updates in the CRM.
