Starbucks Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sydney to lead store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers and communities.

This hands-on leadership role expands leadership capability, supports career progression, and focuses on coaching, operational excellence, and staff development within a busy fast-service environment.

Qualifications

• Two years' progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in store leadership roles, ideally within hospitality or quick service.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and P&L (profit & loss) reports.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

• Lead store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
