Starbucks Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sydney to lead store operations and develop a high‑performing team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver the Starbucks Experience, train partners, and drive daily performance in a fast‑paced environment.

The role offers permanent full‑time hours (38 per week), guaranteed hours, competitive award rates, and extensive training with clear progression to a Store Manager role, including opportunities to become a Coffee

Qualifications

• Two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and P&L reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations and ensure consistent delivery of the Starbucks Experience.
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Manage rostering and budgets to support financial performance.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for partners.
