Starbucks Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high‑performing team, and uphold the Starbucks Experience for customers and communities.

In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, rostering, budgets, and guest service, while mentoring partners and supporting career progression toward store leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in store leadership roles, ideally in hospitality or quick service.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets and P&L reports.
• Ability to develop teams and foster an inclusive work environment.
