Qualifications

• Minimum two years progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within hospitality or quick service restaurant.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive the Starbucks Experience on George Street.
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimise performance and guest satisfaction.
• Support rostering, budgeting, and P&L activities to meet financial targets.
• Provide leadership in a fast-paced hospitality setting and act as a role model for staff.
