Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver the Starbucks Experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create a welcoming Third Place for customers and communities, while growing your leadership journey.

This hands-on leadership role offers permanent full-time hours (38 per week), comprehensive training, and clear pathways to future Store Manager roles within Starbucks Australia.

Qualifications

• Two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within hospitality or quick service.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and P&L reports.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive and engaging work environment.
