Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading, developing, and coaching high-performing sales, business development, or commercial teams within a B2B technology environment.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth, market expansion, and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leading the execution of regional business growth strategies and sales plans
• Developing and coaching a high-performing team of sales and technical professionals
• Building and strengthening relationships with channel partners, consultants, and enterprise customers
• Identifying new market opportunities and driving expansion across key sectors
• Managing strategic client relationships and supporting customer retention and growth
