Job summary

Securitas Australia is seeking a State Manager QLD/NT to lead and grow our Queensland and Northern Territory operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying new business opportunities. This field-based, commercially minded leadership role requires regular travel to client sites, strong governance, and the ability to drive profitability and regional growth.

You will report to the General Manager Business Enablement & Performance and mentor regional teams to deliver safety,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior operations management, state management or regional leadership roles.
• Strong track record in business development and sales growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a service-based industry.
• Current security industry qualifications and licences (QLD/NT) or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to travel extensively across QLD and NT.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance and service delivery across QLD and NT.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts.
• Manage regional budgets, profitability and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, WHS and regulatory requirements.
• Provide field leadership and ensure high standards of safety and service.
