You will balance operational excellence with business growth initiatives, manage budgets and KPIs, and foster strong relationships with GPs, patients, and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Practice Manager in General Practice environment.
• Proven success in growing and developing a medical practice.
• Strong commercial and business management acumen.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams through periods of change and growth.

Responsibilities

• Leading the daily operations of a busy GP practice
• Supporting practice growth through GP recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Driving patient and business growth strategies
