Job summary

For Health Group in Kedron is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a busy GP practice during a growth phase. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, retention of GPs and admin/nursing teams, optimise patient experience, manage budgets, KPIs and stakeholder relationships, and guide the practice through renovations and expansion.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and commercially minded Business Managerto join our thriving GP practice in Kedron during a significant period of growth and transformation.

As our practice prepares for upcoming renovations and expansion, including the addition of new GPs and services, we are seeking a confident leader who can successfully balance operational excellence with business growth initiatives.

This role will suit an experienced Business Manager who has a strong background within General Practice and enjoys developing high-performing teams, building stakeholder relationships, and supporting practices through periods of change.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the practice while identifying opportunities to support growth, improve patient experience, and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities include:
