Job summary

For Health Group in Kedron is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a busy GP practice during a growth phase. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, retention of GPs and admin/nursing teams, optimise patient experience, manage budgets, KPIs and stakeholder relationships, and guide the practice through renovations and expansion.

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a General Practice environment.
• Proven ability to grow and develop a medical practice.
• Strong commercial and business management acumen.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams through periods of change and growth.
• Experience managing financial performance, KPIs, and operational outcomes.
• Collaborative and patient-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
