Job summary

A fast-paced, client-facing role with unrestricted Australian work rights; experience with Corporate/SME clients is essential. Diploma IB is preferred; mentoring junior staff and contributing to a compliant culture are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with a diverse range of Corporate or SME Commercial clientele in a client-facing role.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia to apply for this role.
• Exposure to construction and marine would be an advantage.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong client relationship management and business development aptitude.
• Confident interpersonal and presentation skills with negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client relationships including policy renewals and claims.
• Provide high-quality, accurate advice and solutions and lead client meetings.
• Maintain sound knowledge of clients’ businesses to protect their needs.
• Mentor and assist in the development of junior team members.
