Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Account Executive for Commercial/ SME Insurance in Sydney's Hills District. You will convert warm inbound leads, grow revenue, and manage end-to-end service for a dedicated portfolio of commercial, SME, and personal lines clients.

You will leverage relationships with underwriters to negotiate pricing and coverage, prepare risk submissions, and use broker platforms to secure market-competitive terms. A driven broker or assistant broker with ambition will fit well.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in insurance broking
• High energy and proactive attitude with business development acumen
• Knowledge of Insight (Steadfast system) is highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers

This company is one of the fastest-growing insurance broking firms based in Sydney's Hills District. Established 7 years ago, they have rapidly expanded into a powerhouse team of dedicated professionals who provide outstanding service to their commercial and SME clients. Averaging very strong year on year growth, they are now looking to hire a driven Account Manager to join their team.

About the role

• Convert warm inbound marketing leads and generate organic referrals to write new business and grow company revenue. You will have access to a consistent stream of marketing leads and strong referral pipelines, helping you achieve great results.
• Manage the end-to-end service delivery, quoting, and renewal process for a dedicated portfolio of commercial, SME, and personal lines clients.
• Leverage strong relationships with local underwriters to negotiate premium pricing, policy wordings, and coverage extensions that benefit the client.
• Prepare detailed risk submissions and utilise broker platforms to obtain market-competitive terms.
