Job summary

G'day Group is seeking a Business Operations & Partnerships Manager to lead customer and member experiences across the G'day Parks network. You will optimise systems, processes and technology adoption to boost efficiency, engagement and outcomes.

In this role you will manage key relationships, drive customer service excellence, monitor KPIs and deliver continuous improvement across channels and platforms within a growing national portfolio.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Management, Marketing, Communications, BSc/BA in business administration or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge in tourism/hospitality is advantageous.
• Technological savviness to operate multiple programs and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end customer and member experience across the G'day Parks network.
• Drive B2B and B2C satisfaction by optimizing systems, processes and adoption of technology.
• Oversee data governance, system integration and performance reporting.
• Manage relationships with members, partners and suppliers to deliver a seamless experience.
• Guide strategic projects and supplier programs to deliver outcomes.
