Job summary

G’day Group is seeking an Operations Manager – Multi-Site to lead and transform our flagship parks from Sydney. You’ll own park operations, coach your team to deliver guest-first service, manage budgets, and drive revenue and ROI across multiple sites.

With support from our Adelaide HQ and a national park network, you’ll shape long-term strategy, maintain safety and presentation standards, and build a high-performing guest experience that reflects Australia's largest holiday park network.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, accommodation or tourism.
• Experience owning P&L and driving revenue improvements.
• Strong team development and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of park operations across multiple sites.
• Coach and develop your team to deliver a guest-first culture.
• Drive margins, revenue and ROI while ensuring safety and compliance.
