Job summary

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive Tweed Heads is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and workshop, ensuring every vehicle is cared for and clients leave confident in the service received. You will greet customers, manage bookings, prepare repair orders, and liaise with technicians to keep work on track while delivering timely updates and honest recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership service advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong communication skills that explain technical information clearly.
• Reliable and organised approach to managing multiple bookings and priorities.
• Comfort using dealer management systems or ability to learn new software.
• Current driver's licence required.
