Job summary

AllianceCorp, a Melbourne-based technology company, is hiring a Growth Marketer to build a scalable growth engine. You will own the journey from first impression to qualified opportunities, shaping audience strategy, paid acquisition, landing pages, nurture, automation and reporting.

You will lead a disciplined growth program, collaborating with Sales, Brand, and Technology to turn data into measurable pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in growth or acquisition marketing.
• Self-service B2B background highly regarded; SaaS, fintech, payments or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with analytics, attribution and reporting.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, using insights to improve conversion and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and optimisation of our marketing activity across channels.
• Drive conversion rate optimisation across landing pages and funnels.
• Lead generation, nurture and CRM workflows to improve pipeline quality.
• Coordinate multi-entity campaigns and align with Sales and Tech teams.
• Plan and execute paid search and digital advertising strategies.
• Build and optimise landing pages and form funnels to improve capture.
• Analyse data, set KPIs and report on performance with clear commercial impact.
