Job summary

carsales is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to own automated customer journeys that drive engagement, retention and membership. You’ll build and optimise multi-channel communications using Braze, collaborating with paid media, SEO, GEO, and Growth Analytics to sharpen results.

The role is a 12-month contract in Growth Marketing, with the chance to impact one of Australia’s largest audience segments and support innovative go-to-market campaigns including AI, instant offers and payments.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Track record building multi-channel automated journeys end-to-end.
• Strong segmentation, personalisation and testing capabilities.
