Qualifications

• Minimum four years in growth/demand generation for B2B software.
• Demonstrated ability to design and run tests with clear outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Test and scale growth experiments; prioritize highest impact wins.
• Rebuild funnels across website, landing pages, and forms.
• Own paid channels, SEO, content, email and lifecycle marketing.
• Improve handover to sales with lead scoring and routing.
• Manage marketing tech stack and reporting to measure impact.
• Engage directly with customers and site visits to inform ideas.
