Assignar is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to own growth marketing end to end from Australia. You will build pages, write ads, wire up automation, read data and decide what to test next. You’ll work with sales to improve conversations and drive pipeline.

You will own the stack and reporting, and get to fix what matters to accelerate growth. The role emphasizes rapid testing, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with the sales team to drive better outcomes in a market where on-site

Qualifications

• Four or more years in growth or demand generation for a B2B software business.
• Evidence you have built something rather than inherited it.
• A testing habit you can describe out loud.
• A real working relationship with a sales team.
• Hands on the tools: you build the page, write the email and set up the automation.

Responsabilités

• Run experiments rather than campaigns. Form a hypothesis, ship it small, measure it, decide to scale or kill it.
• Rebuild the funnel: websites, landing pages, forms and every conversion path to a booked meeting.
• Own the channels: paid search, paid social, SEO, content, email and lifecycle.
• Improve the handover to sales: lead scoring, routing and follow-up to reduce leaks.
• Own the stack: CRM, marketing automation, tracking and reporting; ensure measurable impact.
