Job summary

Aspire Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media & Affiliate Marketing to lead our creator and affiliate channels from Sydney and Singapore. You will sign, onboard, and manage partnerships with macro to nano creators, build scalable campaigns, and prove what works with data.

This role sits in Growth, collaborating with performance marketing, lifecycle, product marketing, and sales. You will own targets, budgeting, and the roadmap with leadership, shaping compensation models and incentives

Qualifications

• 4+ years in influencer, creator, affiliate, or partnerships marketing.
• Track record of building or scaling a creator or affiliate program.
• Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS preferred.
• Partner sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, performance-led mindset.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management.
• High ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own channel growth and pipeline for affiliate and social-creator channels across markets.
• Develop campaigns and creative that drive sign-ups and product adoption.
• Design the channel's compensation, rewards, and incentives structure.
• Set up tracking, attribution, and regular performance reporting.
