Aspire is building the first Finance Operating System for global founders, combining banking, software, and automation. The Growth team role owns the creator and affiliate channels end to end, sourcing partners, onboarding them, and scaling campaigns with data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in influencer, creator, affiliate, or partnerships marketing.
• At least 2–3 years owning a channel with lead, acquisition, or revenue targets.
• Track record building/scaling a creator/affiliate program with measurable results.
• Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS preferred.
• Partner sourcing and negotiation skills; contract structuring ability.
• Creative/editorial judgment to write hooks and scripts.
• Analytical, performance-led mindset with attribution knowledge.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management (legal, compliance, product, marketing).
• High ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Aufgaben

• Own affiliate and social-creator growth; manage CAC, payback, and lead quality.
• Build and maintain pipeline of influencers, podcasters, and creator networks.
• Run end-to-end affiliate marketing lifecycle: source, outreach, negotiate, onboard, manage.
• Develop campaign angles and messaging turning Aspire's product into stories for founders.
• Write creator scripts and talking points; balance authenticity with product claims.
• Plan always-on programs around launches, fundraising seasons, and tax deadlines.
• Design channel economics including fees, revenue share, bonuses, and tiering.
• Set up tracking, attribution, and CRM integration; regular performance reporting.
