Job summary

Envato is seeking a Creator Marketing Lead to build and scale a creator/affiliate program across YouTube and related channels. You will own briefs, deals, licensing, attribution and performance reporting while partnering with Marketing and Product to align creator activity with product launches.

This senior role requires expertise in creator/affiliate marketing within tech/digital marketplaces, strong relationship skills, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling creator, affiliate or partner marketing programs in tech, digital product, marketplace or high-growth environments.
• Commercially sharp with ability to negotiate creator agreements.
• Data-driven mindset; ability to spot patterns and translate into actions.
• Strong relationship skills with creators, publishers, agencies and internal teams.
• Familiar with using AI tools to improve workflows and scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead an always-on creator marketing program across YouTube, performance creators and affiliate publishers.
• Identify partners, build lasting relationships and develop scalable, commercially sound approaches.
• Own briefs, deals, licensing, attribution and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Product to align creator activity with launches and product stories.
• Continuously optimize paid, affiliate, search and AI discovery to maximize value.
