Job summary

Envato is seeking a Creator Marketing Lead to shape and scale our creator, affiliate and partner marketing programs across global channels. You will own partnerships, design commercially sound deals, and ensure attribution and performance reporting drive growth.

You will connect creator activity to product stories and launches, working closely with Marketing and Product teams. You’ll bring strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and a proactive, relationship‑driven approach to scale

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling creator, affiliate or partner marketing programs in a tech, digital product, marketplace or high growth environments.
• Commercially sharp; ability to negotiate creator agreements that work for all parties.
• Comfort using data to understand performance and make calls; no perfect dashboard required.
• Natural relationship builder who works with creators, publishers, agencies and internal teams.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead an always-on creator marketing program across YouTube, performance creators and affiliate publishers.
• Own briefs, deals, licensing, attribution and performance reporting to turn content into growth.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to tie creator activity to product launches and storytelling.
• Identify opportunities to optimize paid, affiliate, search and AI discovery for greater value.
