Job summary

Aspire Group is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager in Sydney to own creator and affiliate channels end to end. You will identify voices from macro to nano influencers, sign and onboard them, and build data-driven campaigns that scale across markets.

You will work with Growth, Performance Marketing, Legal, and Sales to own targets, budgets, and the roadmap. The role requires 4+ years in influencer/affiliate marketing, a track record of building programs, and strong negotiation and analytics

Qualifications

• 4+ years in influencer, creator, or partnerships marketing with channel ownership.
• Proven track record scaling creator or affiliate programs with measurable results.
• Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS preferred; translate product into content driving sign-ups.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and contract skills.

Responsibilities

• Own creator and affiliate channels end to end, from onboarding to optimization.
• Build campaigns, sign and onboard partners, and measure performance.
• Set targets, budgets, and contribute to roadmap with Head of Growth.
• Develop compensation models (fees, CPA, revenue share) and incentives.
