Job summary

Immutable is hiring a Growth Lead to build the system that generates our commercial pipeline, defining how studios are identified, engaged and converted. You’ll own strategy, processes, tooling and results, reporting to the CEO and translating market learnings into sharpened positioning.

You’ll build outbound strategies, define target segments, and create AI-driven workflows that scale outreach while maintaining credibility with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial functions such as growth, BD, partnerships or sales.
• Ability to design, automate and measure pipelines from inception to outcome.
• Clear written communication for senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Immutable’s pipeline generation system for studios.
• Define inbound prioritisation based on fit, seniority and intent.
• Own outbound strategy and messaging to senior decision-makers.
• Create AI-driven workflows powering inbound and outbound channels.
• Develop playbooks for high-intent prospects and handoff to BD/Growth teams.
• Build reporting to track funnel stages and conversions.
