Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Technology Lead to build and run systems that convert GTM strategy into pipeline and revenue. This hybrid leadership role blends growth marketing, technology build, and people leadership across self-serve and enterprise motions.

You'll own the Marketing technology roadmap, data infrastructure, and automation, leading a team to design scalable solutions that accelerate growth while mentoring three direct reports.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership of a team in a growth context.
• Experience turning GTM strategy into pipeline and revenue.
• Proven ability to design and ship scalable marketing tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Technology roadmap and data infrastructure.
• Identify funnel gaps across self-serve and enterprise motions and fix root causes.
• Mentor three direct reports and foster ownership and high performance.
• Oversee Marketing data lakehouse (Postgres) and analytics integration.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to tie programs to revenue targets.
• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows and experimentation infrastructure.
